How to do things when you don’t want to do with this technique

Our brain is so strong due to our bad habits and unproductive life our mind starts to send messages to our body that you are tired and you can’t do anything now.

Have you ever noticed after sleeping 8 hrs , after having good meals , still you feel sleepy you feel you don’t want to finish that one thing that will keep you ahead thats because you trained your mind to be lazy.

How to get out of this rut feeling?

Here is the simple technique to get out of those feelings

Just open your mobiles timer

and set it to 20 mins and tell your mind that you only want to work for 20 min this simple hack will help you to do lots of things and get out of those rut feeling.

one more thing even after 20 mins you will realise you are doing more things even after 20 mins.
